Bond Group Creative maintains an in-house legal services group. We do not offer legal services to members of the public.
Andrew has practiced law since 1997, having risen to the lofty heights of a
partner in a top 4 firm, he retired to the bar from full time practice in
2010, but maintains
an in-house practice, and occasionally acts for friends and family. Andrew
has maintained an intense interest in curtailing the abuse of power by various Crown
Instrumentalities and large corporates, and has successfully litigated before
the Supreme Courts of the States and Territories, the Federal Court, the
Appellate Courts and the High Court of Australia many of the headline cases
in the past 20 years on generally a pro bono publico basis. Andrew is proud
to be responsible for numerous pieces of legislation being struck down as
unconstitutional, and has a particular fondness for Chapter III repugnancy
arguments.
